Welcome to Absolute Fairness ("we," "us," or the "Platform"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Platform, which operates on the Solana blockchain (the "Solana Network"). By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use or access the Platform.

Acceptance of Terms

Binding Agreement

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and all other operating rules, policies, and procedures we may publish from time to time on the Platform. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Platform ("Users" or "you").

Updates to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. If we do so, we will post the revised Terms on the Platform and indicate the date of the last revision. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any changes.

Eligibility

Age Requirement

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is older) to access or use the Platform. By accessing or using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

Prohibited Jurisdictions

Access to and use of the Platform may be restricted in certain jurisdictions. You are solely responsible for knowing and complying with the laws of your jurisdiction. If you are located in or a citizen of any jurisdiction where participating in blockchain-based gaming is prohibited or if you are otherwise barred from using the Platform by applicable law, you must not access or use the Platform.

Compliance with Laws

You agree to comply with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws, rules, and regulations, including any tax obligations arising from your use of the Platform.

Nature of the Platform

The Platform provides decentralized on‑chain games running on the Solana Network. The Platform is not an exchange. It utilizes non‑custodial smart contracts that enable Users to engage in various games of chance. All functions are performed by smart contracts governed by transparent and verifiable code on the Solana Network.

No Custody of Funds

The Platform never takes custody of your funds. All funds you commit to gameplay are locked into a secure, non‑custodial smart contract that automatically unlocks and frees your funds upon expiry or settlement of the gaming session. Funds can only flow in and out from the same user wallet address. This structure eliminates third‑party custody and significantly reduces risks of fund misappropriation or money laundering.

Provably Fair Games

Every game on this platform is provably fair, with each transaction recorded on the Solana blockchain in a transparent manner, enabling anyone to verify the fairness of the outcome. We leverage cryptographic methods to ensure the integrity of random number generation and game settlement.

Assumption of Risk

By using the Platform, you acknowledge the inherent risks associated with cryptocurrency‑based software systems, including but not limited to hardware, software, and Internet connectivity, as well as the volatility of digital currencies. You understand that any losses you may incur in the course of using the Platform are your sole responsibility.

Account and Wallet Integration

Supported Wallets

To use the Platform, you must connect your supported digital wallet to the Platform’s interface. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your Wallet and any private keys associated with it.

Transaction Fees

You understand that all transactions on the Solana Network require the payment of network fees ("gas" or similar). You are solely responsible for paying any such fees. We do not receive these fees; they are paid to the Solana Network validators.

Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when connecting to or using the Platform and to update that information promptly if it changes.

Responsible Gaming

No Guarantee of Winnings

Blockchain‑based gaming involves financial risk. There is no guarantee that you will earn profits, and you may incur losses. You should not commit funds you cannot afford to lose.

Self‑Regulation

If you suspect you have a gambling problem, we encourage you to seek professional help. The Platform does not track or limit your activities beyond what is mandated by its smart contracts.

Prohibited Conduct

By using the Platform, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Circumvent security features or measures on the Platform or underlying smart contracts.
• Provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information.
• Interfere with or disrupt other Users’ enjoyment of the Platform.
• Engage in fraudulent, abusive, manipulative, or unlawful behavior.
• Use any automated means (bots) without permission.
• Reverse engineer, tamper with, or subvert the underlying protocol or smart contracts governing the Games. Violations may void your payments and terminate your access.

Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and brand features displayed on the Platform are the property of absolute-fairness.org. You may not reproduce, modify, transmit, or use the Content without prior written consent.

Privacy and Data

All blockchain transactions are public. Your wallet address and transaction data will be publicly visible. We do not store sensitive personal information. Information shared with us (e.g., support inquiries) is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for purpose, and non‑infringement.

Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide a seamless and secure platform, absolute-fairness.org cannot guarantee complete immunity from potential technical glitches, inaccuracies, or typographical errors. We will endeavor to rectify any issues upon notification, but we cannot be held liable for any losses or damages that may arise from such errors.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless absolute-fairness.org and affiliates from claims, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Platform or breach of these Terms.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by applicable international laws. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration by a neutral arbitrator in English, under internationally recognized arbitration rules.

Termination

You or we may terminate your access to the Platform at any time.

General Provisions

These Terms constitute the entire agreement. Severability, non‑waiver, assignment restrictions, and force majeure conditions apply.
